PROJECT SCOPE:
RBI worked as part of a team with United Way of Central Iowa and several of its community partners to build the Powered by Purpose initiative. The goal of the initiative was to raise awareness of "purpose" in both individual and organizational well-being and drive target audiences to a website containing additional information, events and an online purpose "Journey." Deliverables included: strategic marketing and communications plan, media strategy, product naming, brand messaging and design, landing page content and design, collateral and ad content and design, and video production management.

PROJECT SCOPE:
Main Street Advisory Group is a Pella-based financial advisory firm serving clients in Iowa and nationwide. Main Street Advisory Group's goal was to update their brand identify and create an ongoing marketing plan for improved communications to their target audiences. RBI worked on creating an updated, modern and timeless visual brand identity and clarified the firm's messaging to include key differentiators and the strengths of their team approach. Deliverables included a strategic marketing plan, updated brand and collateral, brand personality and messaging, an updated brand launch and help with implementation of marketing plan tactics.

PROJECT SCOPE:
The National Benefit Corp (TNBC) approached RBI for assistance with a plan to increase their brand awareness in the Des Moines metro. The deliverable was to be a strategic marketing plan that was scalable in the future in order to also reach their other major service markets outside the metro and state. RBI initiated an in-depth discovery process that resulted in refreshing their aging brand (logo identity and positioning line), a strategic marketing plan, copywriting/messaging and creative assets. The plan and assets were purposely developed so that the TNBC team could follow and implement marketing tactics internally, if desired.
