Rachel Bolduc headshot

RACHEL BOLDUC

STRATEGIC MARKETING

Rachel Bolduc is the founder and one of three RBI Marketing partners. Her areas of expertise include marketing strategy, sponsorship marketing, research and project management. Her professional background in growing brands through strategic planning, sponsorship and experiential marketing has given her experience at events such as the Olympics, the Allstate Sugar Bowl and The Masters. Rachel has worked with some of the biggest brands across the globe while also driving significant results for smaller, community businesses and nonprofits. She works to ensure organizations of all sizes and budgets experience marketing strategies that get results.

 

As an Iowa mom, wife and avid sports fan, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers and Chicago sports teams. Rachel volunteers throughout the year at her children’s school and was formerly on the advisory council for the Pinky Swear Foundation and a board member for the Iowa Center for Children’s Justice.

ANDREA LOVE

COPYWRITING & STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS

Andrea Love brings more than 25 years of experience in public relations, copywriting and strategic communications to the RBI team. Andrea is both an independent consultant and partner with RBI and focuses on helping clients create clear messaging and creative communication efforts. As the former CEO of Love Scott & Associates, a full-service marketing agency, and (c)3 Marketing, a firm focused on nonprofit marketing and communications, she has a full range of experience in strategic communications planning and application. Andrea's personal passion is helping organizations fulfill their purposes and missions.

Andrea is the mother of two and an Iowa native. She currently volunteers on the communications committee for Homeward, Polk County’s community-wide homelessness planning effort. She was formerly on the advisory council for the Pinky Swear Foundation and has served on the boards of the West Des Moines Community Schools Foundation and Meals from the Heartland.

GOIZANE MULLIN

CREATIVE STRATEGY

As one of three RBI partners, Goizane Mullin leads the team’s creative strategy and direction. With two decades of experience in graphic and web design, branding, and event planning and management, she specializes in translating complex ideas into clear, compelling visual communications. By combining strategic thinking with thoughtful design, Goizane develops creative solutions that strengthen brands, enhance user experiences and help organizations effectively reach and engage their audiences.

After growing up in South America and spending time in Denver, Goizane made her way to Des Moines and quickly started making an impact in the community. In her free time, she volunteers for the Iowa Latino Heritage Festival, Al Éxito and Friends of Drake Arts. Her creative eye also carries over into her personal life. You can find her commissioned pieces in businesses across Central Iowa. Goizane received the great honor of being named one of the Des Moines Business Record's "40 Under Forty" class of 2021.
